**4. No Refund Policy**
Once a contract has been signed and services have commenced, Shayla Bre Consulting, LLC does not offer refunds. All fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable.
**5. Client Responsibilities**
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful completion of the agreed-upon services. Delays or failure to provide necessary materials or feedback may impact project timelines and deliverables.
**6. Intellectual Property Rights**
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Shayla Bre Consulting, LLC, including but not limited to designs, branding materials, digital assets, and website content, belong to the Company until full payment has been received as per the agreed-upon contract.
**7. Limitation of Liability**
Shayla Bre Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
**8. Termination of Services**
Either party may terminate the contract if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable time frame. Termination does not relieve the client's obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.
**9. Modification of Terms**
Shayla Bre Consulting, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically for any changes.
**10. Governing Law**
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
